The Principality Building Society, Cardiff.
BRIEF: We are currently working with the Principality Building Society on the development of a mortgage processing system. More details will follow soon...
The Intellectual Property Office, Newport.
BRIEF: We worked with the UKIPO (formerly known as the Patent Office) for a total of two years. During that period, we designed and developed a number of online electronic forms that allows the user to apply for patents and purchase other related documents online. We also developed a number of back office systems to process the customer requests.
Great Britain Powerlifting Federation.
BRIEF: To design and develop an informative website to allow the GBPF to advertise and promote their sport. The site also has a discussion forum and it also holds the membership database for the federation that is maintained via the administration section. The application was developed as a content management system so that the site administrators can maintain the majority of the site content themselves.
Ortho Clinical Diagnostics (Johnson and Johnson), Cardiff.
BRIEF: Our first task at OCD was to define and develop a robust and scalable architecture for the new IVAS system. Our second task was to design and develop the main scheduling system that is used to send information to analyser machines that perform medical tests for human diseases.
The Whey Consortium, Glouceter.
BRIEF: To design and develop an eCommerce website to allow the Whey Consortium to sell their products online. The application was developed as a content management system so that the site administrators can maintain the majority of the site content themselves.
Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council (EPSRC), Swindon.
BRIEF: Our first project with EPSRC was to assist in the development of an online grants processing system. This included working on the development of the website along with the design of the database system.

Our second project with EPSRC was to design and develop a website that displays information on all research grants that the EPSRC are currently funding.
Education and Learning Authority for Wales (ELWa), Cardiff.
BRIEF: Our first project with ELWa was to take an unsecure and erroneous web based application and refactor it into a secure and robust system.

Our second project with ELWa was to design and develop a web based financial system that would allow ELWa to recoup some of the costs incurred in granting individual learning grants to Welsh citizens.

Zurich Financial Services, Cheltenham.
BRIEF: To assist in the development of a vehicle insurance quoting system called MRAT (Motor Ratings Analysis Tool) that is used to estimate insurance costs for motor fleet companies. Our main task here was to develop the main costing system along with all the relevant reports etc.
JPM International, Cardiff.
BRIEF: To design and develop a database system whereby JPM could monitor their competitiors products. This was developed as an intranet based application and allowed JPM to compare their products with similar products manufactured by their competitiors.
Confused.com, Cardiff.
BRIEF: To design and develop a robust and scalable architecture and database system on which the confused.com website could be built. We also designed and developed the majority of the applications that processed the customer's requests and provided on-site mentoring to the internal development team to allow them to enhance and develop the product further.

Our second project with Confused.com was to develop an application to process unused quotes from Admiral Insurance to determine whether Confused could get the customers a better deal.
Admiral Insurance, Cardiff.
BRIEF: To assist in the integration of a third party CMS system into their existing IBM AS400 system. The third party system was a Windows based application so we designed and developed a set of interfaces and "bolt on's" that enabled the CMS system to communicate with the AS400. The bolt on's also provided additional functionality that was missing from the CMS system.
Identex, Bristol.
BRIEF: To assist in the development of a marketing web based application that enables Identex's clients to log in and request targeted mailing lists based on the criteria that they specify.
Devon County Council, Exeter.
BRIEF: To design and develop a "Carers in the Community" website that provides a wealth of information and support to people who care for others in the county of Devon. We were responsible for the full design and development of the website and backend database system.
Securicor Information Systems, Chippenham.
BRIEF: To assist in the debugging of a large number of defects on the NSPIS custody application.
The Automobile Association, Cardiff.
BRIEF: To assist the AA's software development team in the design and development of an employee performance monitoring system. The system was developed as a suite of Microsoft Windows based applications that extract information from the main "jobs" database and then uses that information to generate a set of Microsoft Excel based "iCharts" that the divisional managers use to monitor the performance of the patrol staff. The system eventually went live and was used to monitor the performance of some 10,000+ patrol staff nationwide.
